Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation.
Items showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for return. Certain products, including hygiene-sensitive items or clearance items, may be non-returnable.
Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer support team within the 7-day return window. Please provide your order number, a brief explanation of the return request, and photos if the item is defective or damaged.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 10 days from the date of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability and may be requested for a different size, color, or an item of equal value.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, customers may choose to receive a refund instead. Exchange shipping fees may apply depending on the reason for the exchange.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos or videos to verify the issue. In such cases, Lunavrix 365 Footwear will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
