We currently ship only within the United States.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Orders placed with delivery addresses outside the U.S. will not be processed.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the United States.
There is no minimum purchase requirement to qualify for free shipping.
All shipping costs are fully covered by Lunavrix 365 Footwear.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and preparation for shipment.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
Lunavrix 365 Footwear is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
If an order is returned to us due to address issues, reshipping fees may apply.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and assist in resolving the issue.
